The only thing you need to do is keep your invoice in case of any claims in the future. Our distributors will be in touch to deliver your order and book in the best time for installation.

We have various colours, materials and styles available. Go through your lovely home and check your plumbing and colour requirements and then choose your favourite pieces for your bathroom from our METIS or TOTARA series. Yes, we can make slight changes to current productions, and we also have our design team to create your special designs. Don’t hesitate to contact us.
What is the difference between timber veneer and melamine?
Timber veneer is a real timber pressed onto water resistant board, however, melamine is a timber look on MDF board.
What is the difference between plywood materials and others?
All plywood products are waterproof units with coating on the face. Other products are water resistant materials with coating or edging. However, we do not recommend keeping excessive moisture or water on the units for a long period, as it may lead to some problems with maintenance.
What is the warranty?
All vanity products have a 5-year warranty for residential use and a 1-year warranty for commercial use. Detailed terms and conditions can be found on the website.
How can I make a claim within the warranty period?
The vital thing is keeping your invoice (or any digital copy to prove your purchase), contact our distributors directly or follow instructions on our website to provide all necessary information. Once received, we will arrange for repair, replacement or a refund after assessment.
What should I do when some defects are found?
If there are any unexpected defects when you first open the packaging of our product, please pause your installation works and contact the distributor you brought from straight away. We will replace this for you.
When can I make a return request for my order?
If you have created a custom product and we already begun making this for you, then it can’t be returned. Stock items can be returned if they are in original box and in the original condition. We may charge a fee depending on the situation (re-stock fee or transport fee).
How do I maintain the product?
In terms of all products, we recommend that you prevent chemical erosion and long moisture or water lasting. Mild cleansers can be used for cleaning with soft wiping. Easy, right?
